I learnt this at Palate Sensations. But this was quite a few years back, I don't think they have this course anymore.
Cupcake class 2 was at someone's home. I personally do not think it was worth my time and money.

Lopsided cupcakes are usually caused by uneven heat.

In Mandarin, 倒 (upside down) sounds like 到 (being here). So most of us will deliberately paste the 福 (prosperity) character upside down to signify that prosperity is here! :)

aww, this reminds me of home. my mother used to make this alot when i was growing up. thanks for sharing, reminds me i should attempt this fairly easy recipe on my own!
