This class looks really interesting and fun- I've never heard of tofu cheese before =S It sounds really good! <br /><br />I always forget to blog about things until ages later...sometimes I don't end up blogging about it because I'd forgotten it and I'd much rather blog about something recent..haha. Or sometimes I just remake it again =) Your snowskin mooncakes look delicious! I've never liked lotus paste, so I never liked the traditional mooncakes. I love snowskin mooncakes, although I prefer the more 'ordinary' flavours like red bean!
